Basic plan (free): your own booking website
Basic is free. It is for owners and managers who rent their own places: one hotel, a group of holiday homes, a farmhouse with a pool, or a party hall. Unlimited listings, overnight and hourly bookings, coupons, guest ID check and email and WhatsApp message templates are included. Stripe and PayPal work for the first 90 days; after that guests pay by bank transfer, part payment or at the property (or upgrade to Pro for unlimited online payments).

Smart Hotel Booking turns a WordPress website into a full booking system: a booking plugin (All In One Booking Core) and a matching mobile-first theme (Smart Hotel Booking theme). Guests find a place, choose dates or hours, pay or request, upload their ID, and get their confirmation by email and WhatsApp. You manage everything from one clear admin screen.
It is built for small and medium booking businesses anywhere in the world: guest houses, holiday homes, farm stays, chalets, swimming pools, event halls and small hotels. Install it on your own hosting, and keep your bookings and guest data on your own website.
Overnight and hourly bookings
- Overnight stays with check-in and check-out dates, a live availability calendar, minimum and maximum nights, seasonal and weekend prices, extra guest charges, cleaning fee, taxes and a refundable security deposit.
- Hourly bookings for pools, party halls and day use: price per hour for a group, an extra price per extra guest per hour, minimum and maximum hours, open days of the week, open 24 hours or your own opening times (also past midnight), and a separate maximum guests for hourly use.
- Overnight + hourly on the same listing: the guest chooses with two tabs. The system never double-books: an overnight booking closes the hours of that day and an hourly booking closes the night.
- Fixed time slots (for example Morning / Afternoon / Evening) are also available.
Bookings, guests and payments
- Instant booking or “request to book” with your approval.
- Add bookings yourself for phone and WhatsApp guests, with an agreed price and advance payment.
- Payments: bank transfer, part payment now and the rest at the property, pay at the property, and online payments by Stripe and PayPal (Basic: first 90 days, Pro: no time limit).
- Record payments, advances and balances; edit or delete a payment; payment requests with a “pay by” date and automatic reminders.
- Change the price or the number of guests after booking, with the price recalculated and every change written in the booking history.
- Guests list with returning guests, next stay, totals paid and CSV export.
- Check-in and check-out desk, no-show handling, printable voucher and invoice.
Guest identity and trust
- Email verification with a 6-digit code before a booking can be made.
- Guest ID upload (national ID card, passport or driving licence), stored encrypted and deleted automatically after the stay.
- Verify or reject an ID with ready reasons; the guest gets an email and can upload again from the booking page. You can also add an ID yourself.
- Location privacy: the exact address and map pin are shown only when the booking is confirmed.
Messages that sound like your business
- Ready email and WhatsApp templates: booking confirmation, arrival reminder, payment reminder, payment request, cancellation, review request, ID verified and ID not accepted.
- Edit every text, use tags such as guest name, dates, times, balance and security deposit.
- Review request after check-out with a link to your own reviews and to your Google review page (Pro).
Properties, listings and calendars
- Group several listings under one property (for example a farmhouse with a pool area, a tent room and a hall) and let listings that share space close each other.
- Rooms and calendar: block dates, change prices per day, units per room type.
- Coupons, reports and an admin dashboard with today’s arrivals and departures. Guest reviews and iCal calendar sync with Airbnb and Booking.com (Pro).

- Mobile-first design with a home page search, results page with filters (destination, dates, guests, price, amenities, overnight or hourly), map view and listing pages with photo gallery and booking box.
- Works with Elementor, supports right-to-left languages and comes with Arabic translations.

Choose Basic if you rent your own places and mostly take bank transfers or payment at the property. Choose Pro if you need unlimited online payments, calendar sync, reviews and email marketing, or if you want other owners (hosts) to list their places on your website and earn a commission, like a small Airbnb for your city.
License, updates and support
- One license key for one website. You can move it to another website from your account (My Account > My Licenses).
- One year of updates and support is included. After that the plugin keeps working with all your features and data; you only stop receiving new updates until you renew.
- Updates install from your normal WordPress Plugins screen with one click.
- Your license key is shown on the order page and in the order email as soon as your payment is confirmed.
Requirements
- WordPress 6.4 or newer, PHP 8.1 or newer, MySQL or MariaDB.
- An SMTP plugin or email service is recommended so booking emails reach the inbox.
- HTTPS (SSL) on your website for online payments and ID uploads.
