Welcome to JunedWeb (“we,” “us,” “our,” “JunedWeb”), accessible at junedweb.com. These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase and use of our WordPress plugins and other digital software products (each a “Product”). By purchasing or using a Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Us

JunedWeb is operated from Bangladesh. All references to “we,” “us,” or “our” in these Terms refer to JunedWeb.

2. License Grant

When you purchase a Product, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that Product on the number of websites specified at the time of purchase (the “Activation Limit”), subject to these Terms and any product-specific terms shown on the product page at checkout.

This is a license to use the software — you are not purchasing ownership of the underlying code, and the Product remains our intellectual property (see Section 6).

3. License Term and Renewal

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, licenses are issued for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase (“License Term”).

During an active License Term, you are entitled to:

Software updates and new versions released for the Product
Access to our support for that Product

When your License Term expires:

The Product will continue to function with the features it had at the time of expiration.
You will no longer receive software updates or be eligible for support until you renew.
Renewal pricing and terms will be made available before your license expires.

4. Activation Limits

Each license may be activated on the number of websites stated on the product page at the time of purchase. If you need to use the Product on more sites than your Activation Limit allows, you must purchase an additional license or deactivate the Product on an existing site to free up an activation slot.

5. Restrictions

You agree not to:

Share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute your license key to any third party
Use the Product on more websites than your Activation Limit permits
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Product beyond what is permitted by the Product’s own open-source license components (where applicable)
Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained in the Product
Use the Product for any unlawful purpose

6. Intellectual Property

All Products, including their code, design, documentation, and associated materials, are and remain the intellectual property of JunedWeb or its licensors. Where a Product incorporates WordPress or other GPL-licensed components, those components remain subject to their respective licenses (e.g., GPLv2 or later); however, this does not grant you rights to our license-key or update-delivery systems, branding, or any proprietary services bundled with the Product.

7. Fees and Payment

All fees are listed in the currency shown at checkout and must be paid in full before a license key is issued. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time; price changes will not affect licenses already purchased.

8. Refunds

Please see our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Support

Support is provided on a reasonable-effort basis via the contact channels listed on our website, for the duration of an active License Term. Support does not include custom development, third-party plugin/theme conflict resolution, or website management services unless separately agreed in writing.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Product is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Product will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every WordPress theme, plugin, hosting environment, or PHP/WordPress version.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JunedWeb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Product, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from a Product shall not exceed the amount you paid for that Product’s most recent license term.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license if you breach these Terms, including but not limited to exceeding your Activation Limit or redistributing your license key. Upon termination, your right to receive updates and support ceases; the Product’s continued functionality on already-activated sites is not guaranteed.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of a Product after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of a Product shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
